Certified System Pulls, Grade A Refurbs, and Used Inventory

Parts for laptops over 3 years old will almost always be pulls as these parts are out of production and no longer supported by vendors or manufacturers rolling our new product lines. All pulls are in "Grade A" condition. We do not deal in "B Stock" as it is too costly to support after the sale.

For newer laptops, much of our inventory is brand new. Since we have no way to categorize and update our system as thousands of new parts arrive weekly, all of our parts are sold as "Certified System Pulls" You may still receive a brand new part in its original plastic. We do our best to obtain new stock because our costs are always less than when buying pulled product.

Please do not call asking if a particular part is new. We are unable to search our warehouse to determine the condition of one inverter out of tens of thousands. Simply place your order as a pull and be pleasantly surprised if a new unit arrives soon after.

Pulls generally ship only after global supplies of a particular part are low. System pulls often act as shoulder product during periods of unavailability. Every pulled part is tested prior to shipping to ensure delivery of a properly working part.
